Once order is submitted, order can take 4-7 business days to process.
The order ships out once processing is completed within 24-48 hours. A tracking number regarding shipping details about order will be sent via email.

Virgin hair typically comes chemically processed donor hair that's 100% human hair. The cuticle of the hair is well aligned and doesn't require further alterations. Hair can be dyed and bleached up to a level 5-7, possibly higher. Recommended to hire a professional hairstylist.
Raw hair is unprocessed with thicker, coarsed donor hair. The hair comes in a raw form where it’s in its purest and natural condition. The hair is cut from a single donor with healthy hair that can last 5+ years with proper care. Hair can be dyed and bleached up to a level 7-9, possibly higher. Recommended to hire a professional hairstylist.
Yes, the hair can be dyed/colored. Once the hair is dyed/colored, please use a protectant dye/color solution to preserve the hair quality. We recommend having a professional hairstylist dye the hair.
Yes, the hair can be bleached. Once the hair is bleached please use a protectant bleach solution to preserve the hair quality. We recommend having a professional hairstylist bleach the hair.
The Virgin hair can last for 2-3 years+ with proper hair care. The Raw hair can last 5 years+ with proper care. (Check "How to maintain hair?" for aftercare maintenance)
To maintain our Straight hair, we recommend co-washing hair every 1-2 weeks & washing hair twice a month if needed when having to remove any buildup plus apply hydration and moisture back in the hair. Once hair is rinsed thoroughly, allow hair to air dry or blow dry hair at low - medium level.
Use a strengthening, enriched and nourishing conditioner that’s sulfate free, based with natural ingredients. On our hair we use products such as "Joico HydraSplash Hydrating Conditioner and Matrix Food For Soft Conditioner" which is definitely recommended. Condition hair for about 25-35 mins. then rinse thoroughly with cool water and lather hair gently.
For shampooing, use a sulfate free shampoo that’s going to provide nourishing, voluminous and moisturizing properties. On our hair we use products such as "Joico HydraSplash Hydrating Shampoo, Matrix Food For Soft Shampoo and Nexxus Clean & Pure Shampoo" which is definitely recommended.
(Only Raw Hair comes pre-washed & conditioned. We wash & condition the Raw hair collection.) To maintain our Raw Burmese & Indian curly hair, we recommend co-washing hair every 1-2 weeks & washing hair twice a month if needed when having to remove any buildup plus apply hydration and moisture back in the hair. Please use detangling brush, spray bottle with water, Nairobi Wrapp-It Shine Foaming Lotion & TRESemme LaMellar Gloss Shine Spray will leave your curls always hydrated and beautifully coiled every time! During wash, rinsed thoroughly, allow hair to air dry or blow dry hair at low - medium level. On our hair we use products such as "Joico HydraSplash Hydrating Shampoo & Conditioner, Matrix Food For Soft Shampoo & Conditioner and Nexxus Clean & Pure Shampoo" which is definitely recommended.

To achieve a full look, we recommend purchasing 3-4 bundles for 22" - 30" and for longer lengths 32” - 50” purchase 5-6 bundles.
