We take our orders extremely serious and will process them accordingly. When a customer places an order, the order cannot be altered or changed and is Non-refundable & CANNOT BE REFUNDED, RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Once the order is charged, completed and processed, the SALE IS FINAL! NO REFUNDS! NO RETURNS! NO EXCHANGES!
Please make sure that before you place an order, your first & last name matches with the same shipping & billing address!!! If it does not match & seems fraudulent, your order will not be fulfilled or processed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays! Please allow the time frame of (4-7 business days) for your payment to process then your order will begin to be fulfilled and shipped within (5-7 business days). If your order falls on a Friday, the order will began processing on the following business day (example: Monday).
If you place an order for any type of Raw hair, the processing time frame is (4-7 business days) for your payment to process and shipping time frame is (7-14 business days) depending on product availability. Thank you for your cooperation.

When your item(s) has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, from which you can check the status of shipment via Usps.com/tracking.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
All major credit cards. PayPal. Exact cash for in-person purchases. SAME DAY PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE DAILY ON ALL ITEMS IF AVAILABLE. (purchase must still be made ONLINE).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
TresJolie Hair Collection is not liable nor responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If package gets lost/stolen during transit with the shipping carrier, please give them a call providing your tracking number information to be advised of further options.
